balcony door excellent service parking description unsuitable area
the room with a balcony was a treat. i could open the doors and hear birdsong from a nearby park. breakfast was very nice too. i liked the coffee and bakery with excellent service.
the parking description seemed misleading. it was a seven minute walk from the hotel in an unsuitable area for families. i feel i overpaid for what i got.

decent stay with some minor issues
helpful staff good location grocery store low privacy noisy room bathroom design
the staff was friendly and helpful. i found it easy to communicate with them. the location was good. a park with botanical gardens was across the street. a grocery store was very close by.
my room faced the street and was on the first floor. this meant very low privacy. i could see people on the street in their eyes from bed. noises from garbage trucks woke us up at 3am. the bathroom resembled a disabled hospital bathroom. it was dark and had tiles with no charm.
